4.11 know and use the relationship: gravitational potential energy = mass × g × height


gravitational potential energy = mass × g × height
GPE = m × g × h

It may be useful to think that mass, gravity and height are all things that increase GPE.

    1. I'd say that 'g' represents the gravitational field strength, instead of just gravity

  2. weight/mass, always 10 on earth and 1.6 recurring on the moon but you will probably be given that information!
